What a wonderful Christmas we had! the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always willing to help with a smile. the meals were fantastic; especially the Christmas dinner which was a feast not to be missed. the location was perfect, nestled in the countryside with breathtaking views of the snow-capped mountains. Finally, we loved the quaint decor of the room, which really helped us to feel festive.
Sadly, we did notice that the room was quite cold, and even after adjusting the heating, it remained a bit chilly. the Wi-Fi connection in our room was a bit weak and patchy which made it difficult to connect with friends and family over the festive period.

The location of the hotel is stunning, with beautiful scenery and a quiet atmosphere. the rooms are spacious and very clean, providing a comfortable stay. the staff is helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond to assist guests. the breakfast is great, with homemade cake and jam that are delicious.
The coffee machine mentioned in one of the reviews was not up to par, but this is a minor issue compared to the overall positive experience.

What a gem! This quaint hotel tucked away in the mountains was an amazing find. First, the staff were incredibly accommodating. We arrived early and they allowed us to check in right away. Second, the room was spacious and spotlessly clean. the view from the balcony was breathtaking! Third, the food was simply delicious! We enjoyed every meal we had here. the hotel is situated in a secluded location, offering serene and beautiful scenery.
There was very little to dislike about this hotel. the only negative was the lack of amenities, such as a swimming pool or fitness center.
